Schneider Electric/Thiess: Moreton Bay Rail Link Project

Project Scope: Completion of all testing and integration of HV equipment associated with the establishment and electrification of 14km of twin line QR owned rail network between Petrie and Kallangur, Qld. The project scope includes Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and Integration of all new High Voltage equipment to the existing rail network and control system, including a new 33/25 kV Feeder Station at Petrie and new 33kV to 25kV feeder station at Rothwell, both North of Brisbane.

Bechtel: Gladstone LNG Project

Project Scope: Completion of HV and LV Electrical Equipment Testing and Commissioning Works, associated with the construction of the Santos Owned 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Plant on Curtis Island, Gladstone, QLD. The project scope covered pre-commissioning testing and commissioning assistance to Bechtel for all site power generation systems, 6.6kV and 11kV distribution systems, HV Power transformers and LV Distribution system

Laing O’Rourke (principal Aurizon): Bauhinia Rail Electrification Project

Project Scope: Completion of all HV equipment testing and commissioning activities associated with the electrification of 107 km of Aurizon owned rail network between Blackwater and Rolleston, Qld. Power systems infrastructure tested and commissioned by Brandis Industries under the project included a new 50kV Track sectioning yard at Kinrola Junction and new 132kV to 50kV Feeder station at Memooloo, approx 70kM south of Blackwater.

Schneider Australia: Aurizon Wotonga Rail Project

Project Scope: Factory Acceptance Testing of 3 off 50kV Modular Control Buildings for the Aurizon Wotonga Rail System Electrification Project, located near Moranbah, Qld. Works completed included testing and pre-commissioning of 3 off 50kV Modular control Buildings at the Schneider electric facility at Sumner Park, Qld, prior to delivery to site and installation.

Bechtel: Queensland Curtis LNG Project

Project Scope: Completion of HV and LV Electrical Equipment Testing and Commissioning Works, associated with the construction of the QGC owned 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Plant on Curtis Island, Gladstone, QLD. The project scope covered all pre-commissioning testing and commissioning assistance to Bechtel for all site power generation systems, 6.6kV and 11kV distribution systems, HV Power Transformers and LV Distribution systems

Thomas and Coffey (Principal Energex): Energex Goodna 33kV Substation Expansion

Project Scope: Pre-Commissioning of new 33/11kV Transformer, Modular 11kV Substation building and ancillary equipment at Energex Goodna Substation Site. All works completed in accordance with Energex strict quality assurance systems and processes, prior to handover to Energex personnel for “cutover” and commissioning.

QR National: Blackwater and Goonyella System HV Electrical Equipment Condition Assessment

Project Scope: Extensive electrical testing and condition assessment of existing 50kV electrical equipment, to determine future service life and/or equipment replacement recommendations.

Power and Water Corporation (NT): Preferred Contractor Panel

Project Scope: Preferred contractor panel member for the provision of specialist HV technical and support personnel and equipment for Power and Water Corp maintenance and capital works. Personnel are engaged on either a “stand alone” basis, responsible for autonomous completion of Power and Water corp HV projects, or as additional support personnel for integration into existing field service teams.

Powerlink Queensland: Skilled Protection and HV Technician personnel supply

Project Scope: Preferred contractor panel member for the provision of specialist HV technical and support personnel and equipment for Ergon Energy maintenance and Capital works. Personnel are engaged on either a “stand alone” basis, responsible for autonomous completion of Ergon Energy HV projects, or as additional support personnel for integration into existing field service teams.
